Trakkabeats

Producer and engineer Trakkabeats is the son of super producer engineer Don B., and grandson of Rock and Roll  Rhythm and Blues song writer pioneer Dave Bartholomew. He grew up watching his dad and grandfather work in the studio, so it’s no surprise he followed in their footsteps.

Trakkabeats started doing music production at the young age of 14, and honed his sound while attending Full Sail University. After college, Trakkabeats returned to the vibrant New Orleans music scene, a hub for hip-hop, trap, pop, and R&B. He quickly made a name for himself, collaborating with artists like Juvenile, Weed Junky, and Wacko. His regional hit, ‘Trap N- – – -,’ garnered over 700,000 streams and views. With his unique original sound, Trakkabeats continues to honor his the Bartholomew legacy.
