Fatima Aarabi is a proud New Orleans native with over 15 years of experience in creative/artist management. Her journey in the music industry began after Hurricane Katrina, when she relocated to Atlanta and worked as an A&R, for a third-party A&R agency, during the era of demo CDs.
For over a decade, Fatima managed acclaimed artist Dee-1, immersing herself in the complexities of the industry through hands-on experience and a shared passion for “figuring it out.” She also supported actress and comedian Amanda Seales, evolving from a road manager to a managing director role, demonstrating her versatility. Now, she manages rising New Orleans artist RJAE, in collaboration with fellow New Orleans natives Fee and Trill at Good Money Global.
Fatima’s ability to wear many hats has also led her to serve as Tour Manager for Jhené, a role that came about purely through word of mouth. Her commitment to supporting creatives, infused with authentic southern hospitality, continues to shape her work and empower those she guides.
