Joe is also the managing partner of Audiosmith Digital Solutions, a seven-year-old turnkey recording services production company that records musical performances in the studio as well as live gigs on the road.  Audiosmith is housed in the DiMenna Center for Classical Music where they have recorded 38 Original Broadway Cast albums including Hadestown, Moulin Rouge and Hello, Dolly! as well as the original scores to 42 motion pictures including the 2020 Oscar, Golden Glove and BAFTA-winning Joker, Little Women, The Girl on The Train, and songs from The Greatest Showman.

Previously, Joe served as Phil Ramone’s manager from 1999 to 2002; Director of Operations for the Classical, Jazz and Pop music label, N2K Encoded Music, focusing on business development as well as production and manufacturing from 1997 to 1999 and Ramone’s production manager, working with Barbra Streisand (Yentl), Frank Sinatra (L.A. During his years in Los Angeles, 1987 to 1991, Joe was the Director of Promotions and Marketing for the wildly popular China Club. Joe was a driving force behind a true industry phenomenon–Monday night’s ProJam–overseeing the marketing and publicity of impromptu live performances by the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, Sting, Prince, Brian Wilson, Don Henley, and Stevie Wonder. Legendary music stars, old and new alike, took the stage without any advertising or remuneration, for a four hour-plus, music lovers dream concert performing music and covering everyone from Sly Stone to Little Richard to the Stones.

Joe began his professional career with the New York Yankees rising from the position of batboy with the 1976 A.L. Champion and 1977 World Championship teams to Director of the Speakers Bureau handling all personal appearances for star baseball personnel including Billy Martin, Yogi Berra, Whitey Ford, Reggie Jackson, Thurman Munson, and Rich “Goose” Gossage.
