Mandy Ortiz, a former vocalist from Chicago, is the Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder of DAWn Audio, an application that allows artists anywhere in the world to co-create live across their preferred DAWs. Prior to joining DAWn full time, she worked as a Brand Strategist at Ogilvy, honing her skills in strategic planning and public relations while working with top clients and co-publishing industry thought leadership pieces. Her identity as a multimedia storyteller extends beyond her current strategic work at DAWn Audio and into organizational work with art collectives, businesses, and community-based nonprofits across various cities, making the intersectionality between people, community, and passion the center of her work.
