Supa Dezzy
Supa Dezzy, a versatile music producer with a passion for all genres, embarked on his musical journey in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Displaced by the storm, he found solace in music production, learning the ropes alongside his brother, Trakka Beats. Their lineage, as sons of music producer Don Bartholomew and grandsons of Rock and Roll/Rhythm and Blues legend Dave Bartholomew, provided them with the essential equipment and a rich musical heritage.
Supa Dezzy has gained recognition for his distinct melodic trap sound, which has made a lasting impact on the rap/hip-hop, pop, and R&B genres, not just locally in New Orleans but globally. His impressive list of credits includes collaborations with prominent artists like Curren$y, UTP Skip, KD Aubert, BTY Youngin, SixxShot, and many others.
His contributions to the music world have garnered him nominations for Nola Producer of the Year, solidifying his standing as a respected figure in the music industry. Supa Dezzy continues to push the boundaries of the New Orleans sound.
